With over twenty years of experience in delivering and designing workplace learning sessions, Michael can create training and development programs that meet your needs and priorities.  In addition to his educational background in Human Resource Development and Adult Education, Michael has been a Director of Training and Development for a large human service agency, served as a trainer in Performance Excellence Network's Baldrige Evaluator program, worked as a trainer in the hospitality industry for over ten years, and presented on a wide range of topics at conferences, business forums, and professional organizations.  Michael has a passion for and expertise in a systems perspective on organizational excellence, including the link between engaging workforce development and organizational performance.
